At the next Salon du Paris Club, we will have the pleasure to welcome Alberto Alemanno, the Jean Monnet Professor of EU Law and Policy at HEC Paris who advises not only international organizations such as the European Parliament, the European Commission, but also various NGOs around the world as an expert on European and global affairs.
Amid an issue of Brexit, a new European Commission led by the first female European Commissioner, what will happen to Europe in the future? We will hear from Professor Alemanno, who is active internationally, writing regularly for Le Monde, Bloomberg, Handelsblatt and other professional magazines. “Pour ceux qui aiment le vin et s’intéressent au vin. Venez nombreux. ”

A la suite de l’année dernière, Paris Club organise septième événement du concours de dégustation de vin à l’aveugle. Ceux qui n’ont pas d’expérience de dégustation de vin à l’aveugle sont aussi bienvenus. Ouvrez la porte du monde profond de vin, n’est ce pas ?

Programme

1. Prévision de cépage, région de production (appellation) et millésime de vin par la dégustation à l’aveugle. (18h30- environ 19h45)
   Vous devinez le cépage, la région de production (appellation) et le millésime de quinzaine de vin par la dégustation à l’aveugle. Cette fois-ci tout les vin sont produits en France. Bonnes réponses sont annoncées et l’évaluation de réponse sera effectuée dans une réunion amicale qui suit.
2. La réunion amicale. (environ 19h45-21h15)
   Après le concours, des repas (buffet, assis) sont préparés, et une réunion amicale est organisée. Amusez-vous bien lentement en parlant cette fois-ci aux vins que vous venez de déguster de nouveau et les autres vins. Des prix sont préparés aux personnes avec bons résultats.

Avec la participation de la ministre Péridon, le débat et les opinons très animés

Le 1er Forum des Économistes Franco-Japonais à Tokyo a eu lieu le 17 avril à 17h00 à la Maison Franco-Japonaise dans la salle 601. Au total, seize économistes de deux pays se sont réunis autour de la table ronde avec sept auditeurs dont cinq français et deux japonais, avec deux assistantes japonaises.
La Directrice de l’Institut français de recherche sur le Japon, Madame Cécile Sakai a prononcé des mots d’ouverture. Nous avons fait une minute de silence pour la tragédie de Notre Dame de Paris entre deux interventions. Après l’introduction de chaque participant, Monsieur Frederic Burguière a fait son intervention dont le titre était la Dette Publique à la dérive pendant presque 50 minutes avec l’aide de fiches de power point. Deuxième orateur japonais, Monsieur Osamu Shimizu, a abordé le problème de la dette publique japonaise. Beaucoup de questions ont été posées notamment sur la présentation de M Buruguière. La réunion a été présidée par Monsieur Sumihiko Seto, directeur du Forum économique franco-japonais du Paris Club. La séance s’est terminé vers 18h20.

Je suppose qu’il s’avère très significatif et utile que les économistes de deux pays se sont rencontrés tête à tête avec le même thématique pour passer ensemble le même moment. Madame Peridon a fait la dernière conclusion en disant qu’il y a déjà quelques idées pour le thème à la prochaine réunion tel que la démographique et le vieillissement.

Je suis très émou que cette rencontre a été concrétisée. Tout cela grâce à votre compréhension à l’égard de ma proposition. J’en ai fait part à l’ambassade du Japon à Paris à Monsieur Aritoshi. Espérant que je pourrais vous revoir un jour à Paris.

After joining Michelin’s headquarters, Mr. Delmas was assigned to Nihon Michelin Tire Co in 1985, and served as President of the Nihon Michelin and President of CCI France Japon. Currently he is Chairman of Nihon Michelin and Administrator of CCI France Japon.

Firstly he presented the history of Michelin through video, and then introduced the Michelin Group, and the Japanese subsidiary. Tires of the Haneda Monorail, which started operations in 1964, were made of Michelin, which led to the establishment of Nihon Michelin Tire Co., Ltd. in 1978.

In 1900 Michelin Guide was issued as the first restaurant guidebook in France, and it covered all the information needed to travel in France, including gas stations, repair shops, hotels, and restaurants. Its own restaurant evaluation method has been thoroughly applied until today. All surveyors are full-time Michelin employees, and experts trained in accordance with the Michelin evaluation method evaluate with full independence. Surveyors apply the same assessment criteria anywhere in the world.

The noteworthy 5 evaluation standards are: the quality of the material; the level of cooking expertise and perfection, originality, cost performance, and consistency of the whole stable dishes.

In Japan, Michelin Guide was issued for the first time in 2007. Michelin Guide Tokyo was issued in 2008, Kyoto and Osaka in 2011, and Hokkaido in 2012. As restaurants are scattered around in Hokkaido, it took as long as 18 months to conduct the survey. Detailed data are omitted, but the numbers of one star, two stars, and three-stars restaurants in Japan are higher than those of France, but it is true that France is more in population per capita.

Mr Delmas enthusiastically lectured as to why Michelin the tire maker started to publish Michelin Guide and how they maintain professionalism today.
